The new facility has 8 floors and over 1200 square meters (13,000 square feet) of space making it the second tallest building in Iquitos. Besides the 50 suites, the new facility will have a new reception area, a meeting area, internet cafe, an expanded restaurant, and a rooftop bar.
Each modern room will be well lit and have over 170 square feet of space.
It will put a brighter spotlight on tourism in Iquitos.
We are trying to make the new facility as environmentally friendly as possible so the hot water for the Hotel will be heated by solar powered heaters."
